The Perry Child Development Center is a Level 5 IQ4K–rated, state-licensed, and NAEYC-accredited program committed to high-quality early education and child care. Our vision is to be a model of excellence in our field—supporting children, families, and the future of our community. We provide a safe, joyful, and enriching environment where every child can grow, learn, and reach their full potential at their own pace.
Our Philosophy
We believe in creating an educational community where families, teachers, and trusted resources work together. Children thrive when they feel safe, supported, and surrounded by caring adults. In this environment, they build strong physical, emotional, and intellectual foundations through meaningful relationships and developmentally appropriate, inquiry-based learning.

Our approach focuses on hands-on experiences that encourage creativity, curiosity, and exploration. We design learning opportunities that help children understand themselves and the world around them, gradually building confidence, independence, and a lifelong love for learning.
Our Goals for Children

We teach children how to learn—not just in early childhood, but for life—while nurturing positive self-esteem and a strong sense of independence.
